Rachel Tribble

Licensed Clinical Social Worker #102147

I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming, body positive, socially conscious, and anti-racist/anti-oppressive oriented therapist. I approach therapy with unconditional respect for you and your story, no matter how you define it or where it leads. I offer a self-reflective space to explore who you are, ask questions about what life means, and discover meaning and empowerment in your identity, values, and experiences to work towards symptom relief and healing. You deserve support that honors all aspects of your lived experience.

I have experience providing individual therapy for adults seeking support with: LGBTQIA+ issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, oppression and discrimination related stress/trauma, identity and empowerment, shame and resiliency, and challenges of Military life experiences faced by Active Duty service members and their family. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help empower you to reach your goals.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I strive to offer a safe, validating, and empowering therapeutic space that respects intersectionality and is affirming for bi, pan, trans, nonbinary, gender fluid, two-spirit, queer, gay, and lesbian community members. Whether you are exploring coming out, exploring gender identity, exploring or currently transitioning, or are a friend or family member, I am here for you. I offer assessment and affirming letter writing for trans, nonbinary, non-conforming and/or non-cis clients for surgery, hormones, name change, or gender marker change in one session.
