I offer a self-reflective space to explore who you are, ask questions about what life means, and discover meaning and empowerment in your identity, values, and experiences to work towards symptom relief and healing.
I have experience providing individual therapy for adults seeking support with: Trauma recovery and PTSD, LGBTQIA+ issues, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Psychosis, Substance Use, Oppression and Discrimination Related Stress, Anxiety, and Trauma, Body Positivity, Identity and Empowerment, Shame and Resiliency, Challenges of living with a Chronic Illness or Disability, Veterans, and Challenges of Military Life.
